ORDERING INFORMATION

All merchandise sales are processed by Sespe Company, an affiliate of Pantera International

There are three ways to order:

  1. 1. Via PayPal:
    • Email us at info@panterainternational.org with your selections. Include your shipping name and address. We will email you an invoice with a PayPal link. Click the link to pay with your PayPal account or credit card (processed by PayPal).
    • When we receive confirmation of payment, we will mail your package within 1-2 business days.
    • The transaction will appear on your bank card statement as paid to Sespe Company.
  2. 2. Via Telephone:
    • Telephone Pantera International at: 805-648-6464.
    • Our office hours are:
      Monday through Thursday
      11 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
      Friday 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
      Pacific Standard Time
    • The phone is set to ring about 7 times before the answering machine picks-up, please be patient.
    • If we are out of the office, leave a message. We'll return your call
    • We usually ship in 2 business days. Need faster shipping? Let us know.
    • We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express bank cards (credit/debit).
    • The transaction will appear on your bank card statement as paid to Sespe Company.
  3. 3. Via Postal Mail:
    • Please phone to check your item's availability and to acquire a shipping quote before mailing your order.
    • If you pay by check, your check MUST include payment for shipping charges. California residents MUST also include 7.75% state sales tax. Your check MUST be payable in US dollars; personal checks drawn on foreign banks are not acceptable. Your check must be made payable to Sespe Company.
    • Please include full shipping information with your order.
